The Harney County Court meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 9:00 AM (9:00-9:30 paying bills, regular meeting begins at 9:30 AM, Noon to 1PM break, meeting resumes at 1PM). County Court ending time depends upon the number of business items on the agenda.
