As fire containment increases and evacuations continue to lower, our updates are not as frequent. We are working with the OSU Agricultural Research Center and other community partners to schedule a Multi-Agency Resource Center in the next few weeks to provide information about resources available for those impacted by wildfire. Watch for more details to come.

Evacuation Updates & Maps:

Harney County Emergency Management, Harney County Sheriff’s Office, and the 2026 Burns Basin Fire Incident Management Teams (Cal Team 4 and Nevada Team 4) continue collaboration as we regularly assess the need to maintain some evacuation levels. You will see that we continue to decrease them as able, with some evacuation levels remaining around the Second Flat Fire.
