County Land Sale Policy, Procedure & Documents
Due to the US Supreme Court case; Tyler v. Hennepin County, Minnesota, 2022, Harney County has placed a moratorium on all tax lien foreclosure sales until the Oregon State Legislature adopts procedures for the disposition of surplus sale proceeds.
From time to time, the County has properties that it wants to sell. There is an application available below to apply to have a specific tax lot brought to auction.
