Notice of Supplemental Budget Hearing
A public hearing will be held on December 3, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the Harney County Courthouse to discuss the proposed supplemental budget for Harney County Fair Fund, Fund 252 for the current fiscal year. This hearing offers an opportunity for community members to learn about and provide input on significant budget changes—specifically where fund expenditures are changing by more than 10%.
Residents interested in reviewing the full supplemental budget document can inspect or obtain a copy starting November 25, 2025, at the Harney County Clerk’s office located at 450 North Buena Vista Ave. #5 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
This supplemental budget hearing is an important part of fiscal transparency and community involvement as the county plans key infrastructure projects to better serve public safety needs.
